@@udumalaistockexchange I think real estate is bubble, even in my village(Near Dharapuram - Mulanur) the land price become 2 crore/ acre, but not sure what they going to with that land....its not producing anything, for building also its 1 km away from nearby town ,so no one going to build house also....I feel one bubble going to burst and evrything going to hit bottom
@@prabus2126 India la land price hike dhan aagum bro. B'cos supply is less, where our demand is so high (140 Cr population). So, if the area tends to develop means, surely land price in that area will get increased. CBE is developing much in recent times in the IT sector. Most of the places, land prices 5 to 6 times hiked. Still this hike would be there as long as there is development in CBE. We cannot expect the same level of growth in other districts . But, the ppl who are working in good job, will look for own house in those districts right.. so, we can expect some nominal hike in land prices of most of the areas, for example, a person who is earning 1L per month in Chennai or Coimbatore who is from Sivagangai/Ramnad native, he will buy house/land there in Sivagangai.. The same way it will work for everybody..

He is saying that gold has no value unless you sell. You can apply the same logic to shares as well. You can see a steep fall in share prices but not case with gold. Also he is not talking about the rental income you can earn with a property in ashok nagar.
@@jeganr4118Yes sir, I've checked share price of reliance communication and vi shares as well. I'm not saying buying shares is a bad idea. But just saying it is highly volatile. Irrespective of all the analysis you always have chance to loose your money. So comparing it with gold investment is not a good idea.
