Hello Doctor, very useful and clear explanation. I tried Intermittent fasting and lost about 5 kgs in 4 months. But unfortunately, I think I lost the muscle more than the fat. My knee area became loose and I got knee pain. Any advise on how t o retain muscle mass?

Hello Dr , I start my day with coffee and biscuits at 7.30 am but I skip breakfast then my lunch at 1.30 pm & dinner around 9.30 this is my daily routine from past 5 years ..I finish my lunch & dinner before 8hrs but still I am gaining weight my current weight is 103kgs ,we’re am I going wrong in diet please suggest me the best diet plan to reduce my weight

hello doctor I have thyroid problem so I am taking tablet for that and my complain is everyday my body pain so my doctor suggest me to do the taste of uric acid the level is 5.33 and doctor suggest me to take tablet for uric acid should I take or nothing ?
Thanks Doctor Am following intermittent fasting for last 2 months in the following method: Eating only one meal every day evening 3:30PM. My weigh got reduced almost 7 kgs in 40 days. Am taking the following foods. Rice, chapatis, vegetable salad ie carrot cucumber onions tomatoes with lemon. Some time egg/ peanut and chickpeas Am a vegetarian. Pls suggest me a balanced diet food with correct portion size to avoid protein deficiency Thanks Doctor
