100 mark. Investing on equity now 1.25 lachs holding started before 16 months on investing. Writing every single rupee expense on note daily or weekly. Tracking every expense on gpay ... No emi or loans. Started my career from august 2022. Going to office by walk no auto or bus so walking daily morning 1.25 km and evenjng 1.25 kms but paying pg rent 8000 planning to move with 6500 rent pg by next month because it utilize my 1/3 of my salary. Every month investing 5 to 6 thousand on equity and mutual funds. Remaining to my parents if there is no requirement them means investing all money to equity. For my expense i pick 2000 per month

First step, I increased home loan monthly payment to reduce tenure. like sir said if I increase it to 10% tenure would have reduced a lot but I just increased 500 rupees it reduced 32 months of EMI

What is the minimum value of gold in a ETF fund. We see the NAV as around 51 but 1 gram of gold is around 6200. How this translates in to 51 rupees. Even if we take the minimum as 10 milligram, it doesn’t matches the raw (24 karat) gold rates. Could please explain the calculation behind this. Thanks in advance!!!

One unit of gold bees will be approximately equal to one 1 milligram of gold. But the price will not exactly match with physical gold as you are buying one unit of the fund which represents certain amount of gold. The price will vary based on supply and demand of the fund units and other market factors.

80/100, I think being debt free is not the ideal solution. When governments and businesses are borrowing at cheaper rates and defaulting it, most of it would be borne by the common people as tax. So we should be smart enough to take right loans for eg. Home loans at cheaper interest rates and use that money to grow as well as claim tax benefits. Remember, if you are not borrowing and growing, someone else will do it. So, always stay afloat instead of shying away from good loans. Ultimate key is to ensure to beat the inflation while growing old, so if bank asks you to close the loan tomorrow, we should be able to liquidate the assets and close the loan. My mantra is maintain a balanced net worth instead of shying away from loans.
