Thanks your view is prefect and good. I appreciate your work. Sir in this your video what I liked is the segment 13:40 -15:57. Although my children are very small from the very young age I thaught them about food preservatives causing metabolic disorders , thus I avoided them all packet foods biscuits bakery items all chocolates Mc Donalds Dommino pizza hut KFC maggi noodles zomato uber eats sometimes I even disciplined them with beatings. They now byhearted the ingredients of all the packet food items and preservatives E100 -E799 and telling other Childerns of their age group to eliminate completely. It was true a child of my children's classmate developed Chron's disease and had 2 bouts of attack in spite of treatment. I don't know but my children advised that child's parents to remove all preservatives and Cadbury chocolates. Now though the treatment is taken out that child is good may be it is under remission. They thanked us but may be it is a small support of my children that worked in that child. Packet food is also one of the causes of autoimmune disease. So sir I acknowledge that what you said is correct. If we teach our children at young it is a success. If they learn at young they will not leave. It is understood that we should go for Balanced diet. We should eat more vegetables and fruits, snack on 3 Cs. I was thinking that Rice in the afternoon for lunch and wheat dish in night for dinner is good. Then I came to know it is good to avoid rice and wheat and go for Ragi, kambu, thinai, kudaravali etc., I came to know from your video that they are also carbs. Our South Indian main food is idli dosa upma poori chappathi, etc., If we avoid this or eat rarely like once in a week, what can we eat the other 6 days of the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner ? Is it possible to eat egg for breakfast 6 days and sundal type food for lunch and dinner 6 days of the week ? In short, shall be grateful to know what we (South Indians) can eat all 3 meals along with sizeable quantity of vegetable dishes and fruits ? What can we replace our dishes with please ?
The current diet pattern has been there for nearly 50 years and it is not easy to break. But all my successful patients have formulated their own routine. For example, as a routine, a cup of sundal or black gram or butterbeans or panneer could be made a routine dinner. A simple menu would be like this: Eggs and milk for breakfast (alternatives: bowl of fruits or bowl of curd or a cup of sprouts etc). Once in a while idly / dosa. Lunch: Cooked vegetables, cooked or uncooked greens and a bowl of curd, minimal rice Dinner: let it be some pulse or legume (sundal, blackgram, green gram, rajma etc...there are so many of them), or a cup of panneer or mushroom etc. Snacks: 3Cs. Carrot, coconut, cucumber - any time, any amount. If you choose to eat Nonveg, ensure that you eat that item 80% and the rest 20% salad. Don't mix it with rice or biriyani.

(1) Sir, could you please explain whether the the advise given by Siddha, Unani, Naturopathy practitioners, and also 'grandma remedies' can be taken seriously? (2) I would be very thankful if you could make a presentation particularly for the young generation (for those working in Software, BPO sectors and call centres and doing night shifts) regarding proper diet and being healthy because many youngsters fall ill very often due to erratic working hours..
Thank you sir. Regarding the siddha.......etc remedies, I am yet to see real benefit. However, most of them are harmless and hence there is no reason to say 'no'. However, if people give more importance to this and ignore the more established therapies, we have to discourage. Yes, would make some video aiming the younger generation.

Fasting has its own some advantages. If the sugar level was under good control, diabetics can fast. They should stop insulin or diabetic drugs on the day of fasting. Many a times, the drug taken on the previous day would be acting even on the next day and hence one can develop very low sugars. Consult your doctor before venturing into fasting. But, it is not a contraindication.

Paunch அதாவது பெரிய தொந்தி, மிகவும் ஆபத்தானது. சர்க்கரை நோய் வருவதற்கும் இதய நோய் உண்டாவதற்கும் காரணியாக இருக்கும். தேவையற்ற கலோரிக்கள் அங்கு கொழுப்பாக சேமித்து வைக்கப்படுகிறது. Muscle building is not harmful. They have to strictly follow their diet pattern.
I came to know that I have diabetics.without taking medicine I can control within my food or I have to take medicine. If I can control within my food means I am a diabetic patient?suppose I have to undergo one operation then I have to tell the doctor that I am a diabetic patient.
It depends how bad your diabetes is. However, majority can have their sugar well controlled with proper diet. If your sugars are controlled with diet, you are a well controlled diabetic. Yes, tell the doctor that your sugars were high and now it is well controlled with diet.
