I have made it thrice n the taste never changes. Today I made again but I could not grind ir to a paste, so I added little extra water than suggested n fried the pickle well. Hope the taste doesn't changed. Thanks you for this recipe.

Karuvapilai Urugai... One of the best uses of Curry leaves of Indian Cuisine is so very well brought out by you is really really note worthy. This seems an universal pickle or side dish which goes very well with almost all main course dishes. I happened to prepare this dish on 16thOct2023(though much later than you released this vdo) and I could taste it only after the Navratri Puja because of presence of garlic in this dish. This recepe I followed step by step and the net result was just Fantastic. I used gingelly oil and I feel it has enhanced the flavour to a higher level. Everyone in my family just loved this dish.
