One of the excellent collector we had in Cuddalore. I still remember, sir came to our school in 90's as a sub collector and the host announced that the sir will speak in Tamil. He said only one word "Vanakkam". Today speaking fluent Tamil. He is also one of the role model to all Cuddalore students during the time.

I still couldn't understand why everyone here is happy to welcome this guy from Punjab as the best officer in Tamilnadu.... but the vary same people hate the nameless guys building the Orgadam factories & IT parks in Chennai, Cleaning Chennai's restaurants and selling low cost Pani puris to Tamil patrons ... Both are North Indians ... Both intentions are same ... Both are working to support Tamilnadu, to be able to support their families...
