As a chartered accountant. If you allow, on a day 3 hours basis, we can take classes on capital gain for a week. That much of provisions and case studies has to be discussed to understand capital gain. So scoping cream is an easy job but rotating curd in a pot for butter is a big job.

Auditor told about parking capital gain amount in specific bank account and can be invested in property with in 3 years. 1) do we need to park only the capital gain amount ir the whole sale transaction amount. 2) do we need to show this income on the same year of sale or after investment, it can be shown in the income for filing written. Pl. Clarify.

Hi Team, When we pick a stock which is a value buy and when we start accumulating. Share price spiked and moves away to high price. Should we still accumulate the stock and try to average the same stock Or Try to find another fundamental stock which will be a value buy. In case of raising interest rate. Should we still continue sip or hold on to cash is a wise move. We are not trying to time market. We are saying in front raising interest and money market rate and high bull run …so, if at all history repeats market will fall. Only on this case should we hold cash not throwing money in market.
