I did not understand a word being a Maharashtrian. The subtitles too are not in English. Still I have tried to gauge the recipe which I am sure will be yummy. The adding of tamarind instead of lemon juice or vinegar and grinding part of the garlic pods and then cooking them are very interesting twists and give the pickle a wholesome body. Thanks. I'll surely make it this way too.
கடைகளில் 5 கிலோ பூண்டு ஊறுகாய் வாங்கினால் அதில் 1.5 கிலோ பூண்டு இருக்கிறது. மீதி 3.5 கிலோ மசாலா பொருட்கள் இருக்கிறது. இவர்கள் சொல்வதை பார்த்தால் மசாலா பொருட்கள் 1.5 கிலோ தான் வருகிறது. அவர்களுக்கு மட்டும் 3.5 கிலோ மசாலா பொருட்கள் வருவது எப்படி ?
