உருளைக்கிழங்கு மசாலா செய்ய
உருளைக்கிழங்கு - 3 வேகவைத்தது
எண்ணெய் - 1 மேசைக்கரண்டி
உளுத்தம் பருப்பு - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
கடலை பருப்பு - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
சீரகம் - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
கடுகு - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
சிவப்பு மிளகாய் - 3
பச்சை மிளகாய் - 3 நீளவாக்கில் நறுக்கியது
கறிவேப்பிலை
வெங்காயம் - 1 நறுக்கியது
