Hot fluffy pooris with kilangu / sambar along with a cup of coffee is a great start to the morning. In this recipe we are going to make these fluffy pooris using wheat flour. In order to get the pooris to puff up we need to prepare the dough to the right consistency. The oil temperature is the next variable, if the temperature of oil is too low while frying, the poori will soak up a lot of oil, so make sure that the oil is hot before frying.
