Nobody knows in what language the people of the Bible spoke in the beginning. And, that language cannot exist now, because it has already went into the changing process and became many new languages. However, according to some Tamil language scholars, since all languages have numerous Tamil roots both in vocabulary and grammar, the first language of this world may be a language identical to Tamizh!
