@@vrikshk5658 I think you should get some education. Police force is not under central government. Its under state government except in New Delhi. So a item on ur list is out as it came out dumb. If you want to work on consensus for every initiative that you take then you can never implement anything in a democratic set up. The reason is simple. People has to research and get a grasp of it before they can accept or reject a proposal. But no one has the time so most of them blindly accept or blindly reject. But if we are going for consensus then it will be chaos not implementation. Plastic ban is not welcome by many of the people in Chennai but for the welfare we have to implement it. Do you have a idea of how many South Indians(Tamilans especially) are in the finance ministry in New Delhi. If there is a discrimination then how can be so many south indians in that main ministry which takes decisions. So you have to research rather than believing some dumb you tube videos. Get educated first before vomiting something here.

Some PM might take or some PM might not take the decision based on political compulsions. Thats the only difference but every ministry has a consulting team with the people who have the information on the tip of the hands on the respected areas they work.
