In the current year (2017-18), as per the central water commission reports, KA yield in cauvery is around 300 tmc ( on May 30, 2018, final numbers will be available). KA has already released 115 tmc ft of water to TN which comes to 38.33% of its yield. If TN ask its full share 177/192 tmc, how can KA give in distress years like current year?. Please comment on this sir.
Sir, Please explain us on current major irrigation projects in TG and impact of riparian states' projects.Special mention about 'Kaleshwaram lift irrigation' and cost burden on state and people.
If BJP didn't win assembly elections in Karnataka, there is less probability that they will win in parliament elections of Karnataka in 2019. So BJP doesn't care about Karnataka after this assembly elections. Then is there a possibility that BJP may create cauvery management board after elections so as to win in parliament elections of tamilnadu in 2019?
One thing I need clarity. Currently more irrigation dependent is kn nearly 10 lack hect than TN which is less than 9 lakhs hect if am not wrong. But why more tmc allotted to TN than kn
It is very simple problem to solve cauvery issue. Total yield of Karnataka is 465 TMC. Out of 465 TMC, KA should release 177 TMC to TN. So it comes to 177/465 = 38.06%. Whatever the yield both in surplus and distress years, 39% of KA yield should go to TN, which TN is not agreeing. If possible, Please comment on this.
Sir, what will be the consequences if YCP MPs resign now.? How the AP politics gonna change ? Is there any chance of Bye elections as there's only one year left for general elections ? Pls do analysis on this topic sir.
Whatever the yield both in surplus and distress years, 39% of KA yield should go to TN, which TN is not agreeing. KA is ready to release 39% of its yield to TN. In last 30 years, KA has released on an average 220-230 tmc ft of water to TN, except, 1996, 2002, 2003, 2012, 2016 years. As per the Tribunal orders, KA should give 192 tmc ft to TN.
Sir, You missed one point. Development of irrigation is easy in delta areas. It is true in the case of krishna, godavari and cauvery also. With barrages/diversion, delta can be irrigated, because altitude is near to sea level. With only barrages, without dam, how can upper riparian states develop irrigation ?. As a person from Telangana, you can understand I think. Does large dam based irrigation projects are there in any upper riparian states before independence?. Even in USA, Dam construction technology, started developing in 1900's. Based on first use right, how can lower riparian states deny irrigation rights of upper riparian states?. Did you see the statistics on how much water Karnataka released to Tamilnadu from 1991?.
Dude, court will follow principles of natural justice. Dont u know india is also a lower riparian country, if we consider tibet himalayan rivers? yangtze river? Acc to ur forrmula, lower riparian states will be deprived of their water rights. A interstate river cannot be claimed by single state.
Exactly, what I was saying. No state or country claim full river. At the same time both upper and lower will have their own right on river. Read all my comments. Categorically you can't take a particular point and reply to your comfort. If you have a stats and argument put a reply.

People should understand how blessed AP is due to CBN bringing in 105 TMC through pattiseema in 2017. He will bring another 250 TMC through polavaram in 2019.
