Ingredients Part:

Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - 2 inches
Cloves - 5
Dry Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - ½ cup
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies (8-10)
Fry them on low flame & Blend into fine powder
Chicken boil part:
Water - 1 ½ Lit
Salt - 1 tsp
Chicken - 1 kg
Basmati rice - 500gms (2 glasses)
Rice Part:

Oil - 3 tbsp
Bay leaves - 3
Stone flower - 2 tbsp
Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves (5-6)
Mace - 1 small flower
Crush into small pieces above 4 Ingredients
Star Anise - 2
Green chillies (10-12)
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Mint leaves - half cup
Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Salt
Water - 3 ¼ glasses for 30mins soaked 2 glasses Basmati rice
30mins Soaked Basmati rice
Chicken Fry Part:

Oil - 4 tbsp
Chopped onions - 150gms (2 medium size)
Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
80% Boiled chicken
Tomato puree - 1 medium size
Curry leaves - half cup
Blended masala powder
Salt
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
