Sir, My sleeping time is 9pm to 1am in Alpha stage.But after 1am night i am in Beeta stage. ( Sleep disturbances) . 1am to 3am , i saw the mobile. After 3.30am to 5am ,i will do meditation. It is good for health or not ? Please informed to me.
