Eating Whole grains with more vegetables, stopping eating sugar, taking any two fruits daily, consuming 3. 5 litres of water, sleeping not less than 8 hours per night, taking sufficient protein foods , doing some physical exercise and being positive solve many health issues. If you drink more than two times , drink an additional amount of water equal to them. The real test is urine should not be dark in colour. It could be white or pale yellow.
