Many people are suffering from various health problems. Inspite of taking regular medicines, the problem is not resolved.
Shri Gurudeva classifies health problems into following categories:
- Health problem due to Previous births deeds
- Without taking medicines, health problem gets resolved OR Diseases due to graha dosha

As per the Mudra shastra,
Thumb - Head
Fore Finger - Neck
Middle Finger - Chest region
Ring Finger - Stomach region
Little Finger - Legs
Procedure: Rudrakshi Therapy
- Hold Rudrakshi in between thumb as shown in the video.
- Breath in slowly through nosrtils and breath out through nostrils.
- Fill the energy in your head.
- Do this procedure for 10 mins twice a day.
- Repeat same procedure in other fingers.
