ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಗಾಣದ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಉಪಯೋಗ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುವುದು ತುಂಬಾ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಹಣ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಗೆ ಅನಿಸಿದರು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿಡಿತದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅನಾವಶ್ಯಕ ಬೇರೆ ಖರ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಶುದ್ಧ ಎಣ್ಣೆಗೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಖಚಿತ. ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಡವರು ಕೂಡ ಇದನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬಹುದು. 4 ಜನರಿರುವ ಮನೆಗೆ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ 2 ರಿಂದ ಎರಡೂವರೆ ಲೀಟರ್ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿತಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಬಹುದು. ರುಪಾಯಿ 800 ರಿಂದ 900 ಸಾಕು. ಆದರೆ ಹಿತಮಿತವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿ ರುಚಿಯಾಗಿಯು ಅಡುಗೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಇವರ rate ಜಾಸ್ತಿ but ಉಡುಪಿ coconut compare ಮಾಡಿದ್ರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ 250 ಮರದ ಗಾಣದ ಎಣ್ಣೆ, ಅಂಡ್ normal ಕಬ್ಬಿಣ machine ಅಲ್ಲಿ 190 ಇದೆ, but ಅದು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರುತ್ತೆ ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದು ಕೂಡ.

I use this oil it is very good. It is bit costly but it is best. We can stop make up items ciggerate and alcohol and buy essential like cooking oil.
