Mangoe Pachadi
Mangoe Pachadi is a special sweet curry served along with South Indian Meals. it contains a taste mix of sweet and sour.
ingredients
Raw Mango : 20 Kg
Jaggery : 5 Kg
Chilly Powder : 5 Tea spoon
Turmeric Powder : 3 Tea spoon
Salt : 5 Tea spoon
Grated Coconut : 2 Cups
Preperation Mode
Clean the raw Mangos in fresh water for 2 - 3 times and convert to a vessel for Cooking. Add 10 litres of water along with salt, chilly powder and turmeric powder. light on the stove / vessel. Stir well the mango until the mangoe get boiled, and water completely get dried.
Melt the jaggery along with water in a pan with low flame, filter it and add the same along with the mix of Mango.
Boil the mix of Jaggery and Mango. Grind the grated coconut in a mixy and add tye same along with the mix of Mango.
Garnish with fried curryleaves, mustard and chilly.
The Pachadi is ready to serve.
