Kindly make your vedeio with english subtitles. Though your preparation is good but it takes a lot of time . we don't understand malyali language.we love Kerala dishes I will definitely make this dish 👍👍
I appreciate your efforts,but old days they shouldn't use Yeast ,only palm toddy ( kallu). Nowadays you can make this within 1 hour, I can write the method as follows.1 cup rice flour (store bought any type coarse or fine) 3/4 cup grated coconut,1/4 cup cooked rice( any type avilable), 5 table spoon sugar,one shallot( chuvanna ulli),a pinch jeera 1/2 teaspoon Rapid Rise yeast(Flesichmann's) ,a pinch salt,all ingredients grind together in mixer ,add water to a dosa batter consistency. This batter rest for fermentation upto 1 hour ( below some times).Super fermented batter is ready for cooking
