Hypo acidity യും Hpylori തന്നെയാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്. ആപ്പിൾ സിഡർ വിനഗർ ഒരു ടീസ്പൂൺ ഒരു ഗ്ലാസ് വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഭക്ഷണത്തിന് അഞ്ച് മിനിറ്റ് മുമ്പ് കഴിക്കുക ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തിട്ട് നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക് കുറവുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, കുറച്ചുകാലത്തേക്ക് കഴിക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് കുഴപ്പമില്ല. ദിവസം രണ്ടു നേരം കഴിക്കാം

As many claim, having too much stomach acid is not the cause of acidity; rather, it is a result of not having enough acid. The sphincter fails to close when the stomach's acid level is low, causing the contents to flow upward. 1-3 should be the strength of acid in the stomach, and if it goes from 4 to 7 that's where H-Pylori proliferate. The cause is not too much acid in the stomach, but rather a lack of it. Eliminating H-Pylori is the best course of action. Many medications used to treat blood pressure and other illnesses, as well as Antacids, TUMS, Gelusil, and other medications, may cause this by lowering the acid level. My take on this is: Have your Vitamin D3 checked; cut back on sweets and carbs and to aid in healing, increase your intake of betaine HCL, apple cider vinegar, D3+K2 and B vitamins, particularly greater B1 (thiamine or benfotiamine) supplements.

സർ, എനിക്കു 2021 കൊറോണ വന്നു വയറിളക്കം ആ സമയത്തു ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അതിനു ശേഷം weight കുറഞ്ഞു വന്നു. ഫുഡ് കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ വയറു വേദന. സമയത്തിന് കഴിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ വയറിൽ പുകച്ചിലും വരുമായിരുന്നു.ഉറക്കം ഒട്ടും ഇല്ല ആദ്യം പ്രകൃതി ജീവനത്തിൽ പോയീ. അവിടുത്തെ തെറാപ്പി ഒക്കെ എടുത്തു. മാറ്റം വന്നില്ല. പിന്നെ ആയുർവേദ ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഇതിനിടെ 10kg. Weight നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. രൂപം തന്നെ മാറി. ഒരു ഗസ്ട്രോ യെ കണ്ടു endoscopy എടുത്തു അതിൽ ക്രോണിക് ഗ്യാസ്ട്രൈറ്റിസ് antrum area rut എടുത്തു ടെസ്റ്റിൽ Hpylori ഡീറ്റെക്ട് ചെയ്തു. 2 ആഴ്ച്ച tripple തെറാപ്പി എടുത്തു. വീണ്ടും ഒരാഴ്ച ഗ്യാസ്ട്രബിൾ ടാബ്ലറ്റ് എടുത്തു. അതിനു ശേഷം ആയുർവേദ തുടരുന്നു. Weight steady ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. എങ്കിലും വയർ പ്രോബ്ലെംസ് വിറ്റുമാറിയിട്ടില്ല. 2 വർഷമായി ആയുർവേദ കഴിക്കുന്നു. കീഴ്‌വായു വരുന്നു. വയറിന്റെ നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന തോന്നലും മാറിയിട്ടില്ല. സർ എനിക്ക് പ്രതിരോധ ശേഷിക്കുള്ള മരുന്നും അവിടെ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ulser ഓയിൽ ഇതൊക്കെയാണ് കഴിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിൽ നിന്നും രക്ഷപെടാൻ സാറിന്റെ ഈ മരുന്ന് കൂട്ട് ചെയ്താൽ മതിയോ.

22 വർഷം ആയിട്ട് മൺചട്ടിയിൽ പഴംകഞ്ഞിയിൽ ഉപ്പ്, തൈര്, ഇഞ്ചി, ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി, വെളുത്തുള്ളി, കറിവേപ്പില എന്നിവ ചതച്ചിട്ടു കഴിക്കുന്നു എനിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ഇഷ്ട പെട്ട ഫുഡ്‌ ആണത് അതിന്റെ കൂടെ, 2കാന്താരി മുളകും അടിപൊളി ഇതുവരെ കഴിക്കാത്തവർ ഒരു ദിവസം കഴിച്ചു നോക്ക് അടിപൊളി 👍👍👍👍
