Happy to see you solve it. just curious to know from where did you learn to measure Vernier caliper. usually ITI or engineers or machinist use it. happy to see you using Vernier caliper to solve an issue as a professional . Also observing the video just asking. i could be my foolish question. you used two different sizes of washer 6mm and 8mm. its worn out un even. I feel lifting cam rollers must has been worn out so there is difference in lifting the heads. easy and cheap solution for temporary . but as long time you may have to change the rollers and spring. some time. mam just sharing my thoughts . its not questioning or any thing. 😊 . Also for linear bearings for lifting mechanism I see lot of dark color or grease . if you like to explore polymer bearing you can look in to IGUS bearings. which is lube and grease free. may be little expensive. but easily use able for food grade manufacturing.
