I have a slight opposition to what sir said about 🏳️‍🌈 community in the western world. Imagine girls in india are fighting for their rights, in the same level and sometimes even more aggressively, LGBT people in Canada are fighting for their rights, their equality, education, pay etc. When it comes to refugees, I have seen refugees, after coming to Canada, getting all the benefits, and then finally threatening the others saying that “you are inviting all of us here. Soon we will have the population more than existing number of Canadians and hence we will take this country from you”. Just shared my thoughts. I am a Canadian citizen, with a nonprofit organization in Vancouver.

Exactly, some genetic makeups are behind the reason for being a transgender. So, to help them gain confidence to live an equal life in the society, they are only enhancing the way they look with some surgeries, and other makeups so that the highly hypocritical society instead saying “yuck”, they start saying “wow”. Still, as SGK said, some brainless majority still insult transgenders and mock them in the society. When I wanted to register an organization in India, the person who did all the paperwork said something similarly weird when I said “I cannot remove the objective of supporting transgender communities and homosexualities in Kerala”. The immediate response he gave was, “you might be in Canada, but this is still Kerala”. I was like….WTF!!!??

Great interview. I watched both the episodes. Well done anchor and the script writer. I watched another one just before this and felt that interview as crap. That host won’t come in front of SGK ever again. But you managed to ask some different questions. Appreciate it 👍👏👍
