I always used to make this way- Ginger, garlic, oil , salt and half tsp turmeric powder. Grind without water and keep in a glass bottle in the fridge. It stays for 15 to 20 days. Thanks for this . I am surely trying this👍

So can you please share how to make tamarind paste ?
