There is 'NO BRAND' without complaints. Proactively identifying the issue and fixing it within warranty period is really appreciable. I don't think any other EV brand does that. Am researching on EV scooter brands. This gives more confident to buy Ather now.
Nadeem bro is the only reason for me to buy my first Ev Scooter. I watched his one RU-vid video in June 2022 with a 35 km Odo Ather, and that video made me decide to get one. I bought my Ather 450X 3rd gen in July 2022. Now it has crossed 55,000 km. I used to ride 100 km daily and fast charge 4 to 5 times a week. I changed my first secondary belt at 53,000 km, my first rear tyre at 16,300 km, second rear tyre at 54,000 km (it lasted more than 30,000 km), and first front tyre at 52,000 km. Both brake pads were changed three times; the last time, I bought a rear brake pad from a third party (Pulsar NS pad). Major issue I faced: Service was not satisfactory at the Vytilla showroom. All other showrooms I tried-Aluva, Palakkad, Thrissur, Tirur, and Coimbatore-were good,
From my experience with Lithium battreis - they are irritating - they will loose capacity even if they are kept fully charged or partially discharged!! They needs to be 'used' frequently...They should be drained to 50% to 30% and fully recharged at least once in 2 weeks...they needs to taken care like a baby !!

same anubhavam enikum undayi...correct 2 years and 13k aayapo range drop...kond kaanichapol imbalance, then they replaced whole battery pack under warranty.
Kazhinje divasam forum-il post cheytha aanu njan: Only those with the codes for diagnostic mode can access the actual SoH of the battery. Even if you ask SC they’ll only show you the imbalance between the cells which is only a metric whether if your pack is bad or not. This was not the case an year ago, My guess is that Ather did not expect such degradation in batteries they manufactured for Gen 3 and 3.1, and the promised 75% SoH will be a burden for them at the end of the warranty period for these scooters (Battery Protect). Gen 3 and early 3.1 batteries unreliable aanu. So many issues.

That's your call. There are a lot of customers who are happy. There are also others who have faced issues. This is applicable to all brands whether it's two wheelers or four wheelers.
