Ingredients
Basmati Rice-1cup
Water-1 3/4cup
Salt-
Cardamom-1
Cloves-2
Cinnamon-1
Onion-1/2
Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste-1tsp
Vegetables-1/2cup
Oil/Butter-2tbsp
Method
Wash d soak rice for 30 minutes .
Then drain and keep aside .
Heat Oil or butter in a pressure cooker .
Add whole masalas and saute for a minute .
Now add ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute ..
Then add onion and saute till translucent .
Add vegetables and saute .
Now add rice and saute for 2 minutes .
Then add hot water and salt ..
Mix well ..
Allow to boil and close the cooker and cook for 1 whistle .
Then keep aside and open after 15 minutes .
So tasty easy veg pulav is ready to serve ...
