Ingredients
Basmati Rice-1cup
Water-1 3/4cup
Salt-
Cardamom-1
Cloves-2
Cinnamon-1
Onion-1/2
Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste-1tsp
Vegetables-1/2cup
Oil/Butter-2tbsp
Method
Wash d soak rice for 30 minutes .
Then drain and keep aside .
Heat Oil or butter in a pressure cooker .
Add whole masalas and saute for a minute .
Now add ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute ..
Then add onion and saute till translucent .
Add vegetables and saute .
Now add rice and saute for 2 minutes .
Then add hot water and salt ..
Mix well ..
Allow to boil and close the cooker and cook for 1 whistle .
Then keep aside and open after 15 minutes .
So tasty easy veg pulav is ready to serve ...

വീണച്ചേച്ചി ❤..... ഉണ്ടാക്കി.... സൂപ്പർ....നല്ല ടേസ്റ്റ്....എന്റെ കുട്ടികൾ നന്നായി കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്....എനിക്കും ഇഷ്ടമായി.... ഞാൻ ആ ginger garlic chilli part വിട്ടു പോയിരുന്നു... അതു വ്യത്യസ്തമായ വേറൊരു ടേസ്റ്റ്.... പിന്നേ 1 pinch pepper powder ചേർത്ത് നോക്കി... അതും കൊള്ളാം.... എന്തായാലും ഇതു പൊളിച്ചു.... Ma'am, I tried kadala n parippu kuthi katvhiyathu , Channa masala n now this. I am a rookie ( 37 yrs old though) in cooking n started cooking a month back. I followed the recipe to the letter but may have messed up the water quantity. It came out a tad undercooked. Mom over video called gave me some ways to recook it again but lost the fluffiness shown in the video. N turned out to be a bit soggy. Having said that it tastes way better than what I have cooked so far. N I made ur biriyani salad recipes to go with the pulau. Ur channel is a blessing to forced bachelors like in ME n elsewhere. My wife in India is still breaking her head as to how on earth am I cooking all this. She has not even seen me making a tea. Thank you !!! Ma'am.
