Basmathi Rice- 2 Cups
Beans- 5 to 6 Nos
Carrot- 1 Big
Cinnamon- 1 Piece
Cardamom- 3 Nos
Cloves- 4 Nos
Pandan Leaves (Ramba)- 2 to 3 Leaves
Bay Leaf- 1 Large
Sambar Chillies- 1 Nos
Green Chillies- 1 Nos
Whole Pepper- 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice- 1 Small
Salt- According To Taste
Pineapple (Chopped)- ½ to 1 Cup
Stage:- 2
Big Onion- 2 Nos (Thinly Sliced)
Refined Oil- 1 Cup
Cashew Nuts- 25 to 50 Gms
Raisins- 25 to 50 Gms
Sugar- ½ Tsp
Salt- 1 Pinch
Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)- 1 Cup
Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped)- ½ Cup
Ghee - 3 Tbs
