എൻ്റെ പ്രിയ സഹോദരീ സഹോദരന്മാരേ, Question. ആരാണ് യഥാർത്ഥ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികൾ,? 1. ക്രിസ്ത്യാനിയുടെ മാതൃക Role Model ജീവനുള്ള ദൈവമായ യേശുക്രിസ്തു മാത്രമായിരിക്കണം, മറ്റാരുമല്ല. 2. ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികൾ വിശുദ്ധ ബൈബിളിൻ്റെ പുതിയ നിയമത്തിലൂടെ ദൈവമായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിൻ്റെ കൽപ്പനകൾ/പഠനങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും പിന്തുടരുകയും വേണം. 3. പെന്തക്കോസ്ത്, കാത്തലിക്, ഓർത്തഡോക്സ്, മാർത്തോമ്മാ, സിഎസ്ഐ തുടങ്ങിയ സഭകൾ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികൾക്ക് പ്രധാനമല്ല. 4. മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ ഒന്നും രണ്ടും മൂന്നും പാലിക്കാത്തവർ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികളല്ല, അവർ പള്ളിയിൽ പോകുന്നവർ മാത്രമാണ്. കേരളത്തിലെ മാർത്തോമാ നസ്രാണികൾക്ക് ലോക ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ സമൂഹത്തിലെ മറ്റു ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ നിന്നും മാറ്റി നിർത്തുന്ന പ്രിത്യേകത എന്തു?.കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ള സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പ്രേത്യേകത എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് അവർ പ്രാർഥനകൾക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന സുറിയാനി ഭാഷ തന്നെ ആണു. യേശു ക്രിസ്തു സംസാരിക്കാൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്ന ആരാമായ ഭാഷയുടെ വകബേധം ആണു സുറിയാനി ഭാഷ.ലോകത്തു പ്രധാനമായും മൂന്നു രീതിയിൽ ഉള്ള പുരാതനമായി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ പാരമ്പര്യം ഉണ്ട്. ലത്തീൻ പാരമ്പര്യം, ഗ്രീക്ക് പാരമ്പര്യം, സുറിയാനി പാരമ്പര്യം. ഇതിൽ സുറിയാനി പാരമ്പര്യം ഒരു കാലത്തു middle east ഇൽ വ്യാപകമായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്ന ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ ഭാഷ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇന്ന് സിറിയയിലും കേരളത്തിലും മാത്രമാണ് ഇത്തരം ക്രിസ്ത്യനികൾ ഉള്ളത്.നാമ മാത്രമായി ഇറാഖ്, തുർക്കി, lebanon തുടങ്ങിയ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലും ഉണ്ട്. കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ള സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികൾ പല സഭകൾക്ക് കീഴിൽ ആണു നിൽക്കുന്നത്. സിറോ മലബാർ (Rc), ഓർത്തഡോക്സ്, യാക്കോബായ, കൽദായ സഭ, മാർത്തോമാ തുടങ്ങിയവ ആണു അതിൽ പ്രധാനം. ആദ്യകാലത്തു 15 ആം നൂറ്റാണ്ട് വരെ കേരളത്തിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്നത് കൽദായ സുറിയാനി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കിഴക്കൻ സുറിയാനി ആയിരുന്നു. കാരണം ഇറാഖ് കേന്ദ്രികരിച്ചുള്ള കൽദായ സുറിയാനി സഭയും ആയി ആയിരുന്നു കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികൾക്ക് കോൺടാക്ട്. Ad 52 ഇൽ തോമാ സ്ലീഹാ ആണു കേരളത്തിൽ ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ സഭ സ്ഥാപിച്ചത് എന്നാണ് കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ള സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യനികൾ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിനെ സാധുകരിക്കുന്ന തെളിവുകൾ ഒന്നും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും.3 ആം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിലൊ,5 ആം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിനുള്ളിലൊ കേരളത്തിൽ വ്യാപാരത്തിനു എത്തിയ middle eastern ക്രിസ്ത്യനികൾ വഴി കേരളത്തിൽ ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ മതം എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അകാലത്തു കേരളത്തിൽ കൊടുങ്ങല്ലൂരിലും മറ്റും വ്യാപാര ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കും മറ്റും എത്തിയ ഇറാഖ് സിറിയ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും എത്തിയ ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ കച്ചവടക്കാരിൽ നിന്നും ഒക്കെ ആണു ഇറാഖ് കേന്ദ്രികൃതമായ കൽദായ സുറിയാനി സഭയുമായി ബന്ധം ഉണ്ടാവുന്നത്. പിന്നീട് 15 ആം നൂറ്റാണ്ടോടെ പോർച്ചുഗീസ് കാരുടെ വരവോടെ റോം അസ്ഥാനമായ കത്തോലിക്കാ സഭയുടെ കീഴിലേക്ക് കേരളത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികളെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. Rome അസ്ഥാനമായ കത്തോലിക്ക സഭ ലത്തീൻ പാരമ്പര്യം ഉള്ള സഭ ആയിരുന്നു. അതിലെ jesuit വൈദീകർ പതിയെ അവരുടെ രീതികൾ സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികളിൽ അടിച്ചു ഏല്പിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. അങ്ങനെ 1599 ജൂൺ മാസത്തിൽ കൂടിയ ചരിത്ര പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ഉദയം പേരൂർ സുന്നഹാദോസിൽ വച്ചു കേരളത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികളുടെ പല രേഖകളും താളിയോല ഗ്രന്ഥങ്ങളും കത്തിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു.ഇതിൽ പ്രകോപിതരായ സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികൾ സിറിയയിൽ ഉള്ള ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് സഭയുടെ പത്രിയർക്കീസുമായി ബന്ധം സ്റ്റാപിക്കുന്നു.അങ്ങനെ സിറിയൻ സഭ അയച്ച അഹന്തുള്ള എന്ന bishop നെ ചെന്നൈയിൽ തുറമുഖത്തുനിന്നും പോർച്ചുഗീസ് തടവിൽ ആക്കുകയും പിന്നീട് ഗോവയിൽ വച്ചു കൊലപെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. (പോർച്ചുഗീസുകാർ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ കൊലപെടുത്തിയില്ല മറിച്ചു യൂറോപ്പിലേക്ക് നാട് കടത്തിയതാണ് എന്നും പറയുന്നു ). ഈ സംഭവം അറിഞ്ഞ കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ള സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികൾ മട്ടാഞ്ചേരിയിൽ ഒത്തുചേർന്നു. അവർ ഒരു വലിയ കൂരിശിൽ വടങ്ങൾ വലിച്ചു കെട്ടി അതിൽ തൊട്ട് പ്രതിജ്ഞ എടുത്തു. ഞങ്ങളോ ഞങ്ങളുടെ സന്തതി പരമ്പരകളോ കത്തോലിക്കാ വിശ്വാസത്തെയോ അംഗീകരിക്കില്ല എന്ന്.ഇത്‌ അറിഞ്ഞ പോപ്പ് അവരെ അനുനയിപ്പിക്കാൻ ശ്രമങ്ങൾ നടത്തി.അതിനു ഒടുവിൽ കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ള സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്ന കൽദായ സുറിയാനി പ്രാർത്ഥനകളും കുർബാനകളും മറ്റും ചെറിയ വ്യത്യാസങ്ങളോടെ അവർക്കു ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ അനുമതി കൊടുത്തുഅങ്ങനെ അണ് കേരളത്തിൽ ഇന്ന് കാണുന്ന സിറോ മലബാർ കത്തോലിക്ക സഭ (Rc)ഉണ്ടാവുന്നത് . എന്നാൽ എല്ലാവരും ഇത്‌ അംഗീകരിക്കാൻ തയാറായില്ല. അംഗീകരിക്കാതിരുന്നവർ സിറിയയിൽ ഉള്ള ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് കാരുമായി ബന്ധം സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. അങ്ങനെ ഇന്ന് കാണുന്ന യാക്കോബായ /ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് സഭ ഉണ്ടായി.syrian ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് സഭയുമായുള്ള ബന്ധത്തോടെ ആണു കേരളത്തിൽ Antioch യൻ സുറിയാനി അഥവാ west syriac വരുന്നത്.പിന്നീട് ഇതിൽ നിന്നും പിരിഞ്ഞു പോയതാണ് മാർത്തോമാ സഭ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതും ഇതേ west syriac ആണു. കേരളത്തിൽ ഉള്ള ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ വിശ്വാസികളുടെ ദൈനം ദിന ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഉള്ള വാക്കുകളായ മാലാഖ, കുർബാന, മാമോദിസ, പെസഹാ തുടങ്ങിയവ ഒക്കെ സുറിയാനി വാക്കുകൾ ആണു.

First Split in Malanakara Church 1772, Baselios Shakrallah, a Syriac Orthodox maphrian, consecrated Kattumangatt Abraham Mar Koorilos as the Metropolitan against Dionysius I. Abraham Mar Koorilos I led the faction that eventually became the Malabar Independent Syrian Church. Cyril Mar Baselios I is the current Metropolitan of the Malabar Independent Syrian Church (Thozhiyoor Church).

താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞതിനോട് അത്രയോജിപ്പില്ല. കാരണം പത്താം നൂറ്റാണ്ടോടുകൂടിയാണ് ക്നാനായ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികൾ ഇറാഖിലെ " ക നായ്." എന്ന നാട്ടിൽ നിന്നും മലങ്കരയിൽ വന്നത്... ധാരാളം ആളുകൾ തെറ്റിദ്ധരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യമാണ് , AD 345 ൽ വന്നെന്നു. അന്നു വന്നിട്ടില്ല. കാരണം 345 എന്നത് ഹിജറാവർഷമാണ്... അറേബ്യൻ, ഇറാഖ് പ്രദേശത്ത് 345 ൽ ക്രിസ്തുവർഷം നിലവിൽ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നില്ല. ഏകദേശം മുന്നൂറ്റി അൻപത്തി അഞ്ചോടുകൂടിയാണ് പടിഞ്ഞാറൻ റോമാ സാമ്രാജ്യത്തിൽ ക്രിസ്തുവർഷം ഉപയോഗത്തിൽ വരാൻ തുടങ്ങിയത്.... അപ്പോൾ വളരെയധികം അകലെയുള്ള കിഴക്കൻ റോമാ സാമ്രാജ്യത്തിൽ ക്രിസ്തുവർഷം നടപ്പാക്കിയിരുന്നില്ലന്നു മനസിലാക്കാം... എന്നാൽ ഹിജ്റ വർഷമാണെങ്കിൽ കുറച്ചു ശരിയാകും... മാത്രമല്ല നാലാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിൽ മലങ്കരയിൽ കുടിയേറിയ ഈഴത്ത് നാട്ടിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള നാലു കൂടുംബങ്ങൾ ആണ്. ഇന്നത്തെ 80 ലക്ഷം ഈഴവർ... ഈഴം എന്നാൽ ശ്രീലങ്കയുടെ പഴയ പേരാണ്... അതേ കാലത്ത് 100 കുടുംബങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന കാനായക്കാർ ഇന്ന് ഒന്നര ,രണ്ടു ലക്ഷം മാത്രമാണുള്ളത്... ജനസംഖ്യ ശാസ്ത്രം അനുസരിച്ച് അത്രയും വന്നാൽ പോരാ... എന്നാൽ പത്താം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിൽ കുടിയേറിയാൽ അതു ശരിയാകും... ആറാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിൽ 32 കുടുംബങ്ങൾ കുടിയേറിയവരാണ് കേരളത്തിലെ ബ്രാഹ്മണർ

IN AD 52 when Apostle Thomas came , spread the word and a group evolved , as you said and is generally believed. Those christians were changed / converted into under the Persian church as you said.. I am more interested to know about that chritians (AD52- Persian inversion), their practices as that group of first historic christians learned about christianity from ST.THomas who was a desciple of Jesus christ

Kerala had established trade links with Alexandria in Egypt, Mesopotamia in Iraq, and Persia in Iran since early times. The Christian faith's nature in these regions and their ecclesiastical affiliations need closer examination. * Until the Council of Chalcedon in AD 451, Iraq and Persia were under the See of Antioch. * The migration of Syriac Christians in AD 345 occurred under the jurisdiction of the See of Antioch. * The establishment of the Maphrianate in 628 and its responsibilities also merits attention.

They came with st thomas of Kani in the 4th century. It is said st thomas of knai brought much help to the st thomas christians as they didn't have many priests or structure. The saint brought priests with him and more knowledge of the east syrian liturgy.

In 1772 the Thozhiyoor Church splited from The Malankara Church. St. Abraham Mar Koorilose I was consecrated as Bishop by Mar Gregorios of Syriac Orthodox Church.
