My present critinine level is 2.0. In Januvary this year I was admitted in hospital for breathing trouble and complaints swollen leg and my creatinine level was 2.8. Doctor, Thank you for the valuable information. I had covid 19 and tested blood during that time. Creatinine was 1.4 at that time, I had a restest 1 week after covid along with the GFR test. GFR was normal and Creatinine was 1.2. Do I need to do a blood test shortly? will viral fevers elevate creatinine? I am 44 years. No BP, Not diabetic, not taking any medicines continuously. Before splenectomy, it was around 1.4-1.5. After that it came under normal range(1.2 , 1.05). But when I started Pentids-400, creatinine increased to 1.27 and stabilized in this value(the last 2 months). Is it because of the medicine? Should I stop taking this(doc suggested to take for 2 years in which 6 months completed already)?
