സർ, വിഷയങ്ങൾ പലതും സാർ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഡോക്ടറോട് ചോദിക്കണം എന്ന് പലപ്പോഴും പറയാറുണ്ട്. പലപ്പോഴും അവരിൽ നിന്നും രോഗികൾക്ക് കിട്ടുന്ന മറുപടി നിരാശാജനകമായിരിക്കും എന്ന സത്യം ഇവിടെ ഞാൻ ഒർമ്മിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. പിന്നെ ഗ്യാസിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ വളരെ ദയനീയമാണ് ഇന്നത്തെ ചികിത്സാ രീതി. കാരണം ഗ്യാസ് എന്ന് കേട്ടാൽ ഉടനെ Ranitidine, Pantoprazole,Omeprazole എഴുതികൊടുക്കുന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് വർഷങ്ങളായി നടക്കുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോൾ രോഗികൾ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് മേൽപറഞ്ഞ മരുന്നുകളെല്ലാം ഗ്യാസിനുള്ളതാണ് എന്നതാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെയാണ് അവർ അത് തുടർച്ചയായി മെഡിക്കൽ സ്റ്റോറിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി കഴിക്കുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ഡോക്ടർമാർ മരുന്ന് എന്തെഴുതിയാലും കൂടെ മേൽപറഞ്ഞ മരുന്ന് രോഗിക്കാവശ്യമില്ലെങ്കിലും എഴുതികൊടുക്കും. അതുമൂലം അനാവശ്യമായി പണം മുടക്കാൻ രോഗികൾ നിർബന്ധിതരാവുന്നു. ശരീരത്തിന് ദോഷവുമാവുന്നു. മസാലദോശ വാങ്ങിയാൽ കൂടെ വട വെച്ച് നമ്മളെകൊണ്ട് തീറ്റിക്കുന്ന ഹോട്ടലുക്കാരുടെ അവസ്ഥയാണ്.

Very true. അതു മാത്രമല്ല, ഈ ശീലം കാരണം പല സാധാരണക്കാർക്കും ഇതൊക്കെ ഇപ്പൊൾ ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്ത രീതിയിൽ ശീലവും ആയി മാറി. മെഡിക്കൽ stores prescription ഇല്ലാതെ തന്നെ ഇവ നൽകുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ ശരീരത്തിൽ long term consequences ഒരുപാട് ഉണ്ടാവുന്നു. ആർക്ക് എന്തു ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റും. 😐😐😐

ആരോഗ്യ പൂർണ്ണമായ ശരീരങൾക്ക് നിർബദ്ധമായും ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് 1_ഭക്ഷണം കുറച്ച് കഴിക്കുക(മിതമായ രീതിയിൽ) രുജി കൂടുതലാണെന്ന് പറഞ് വാരിവലിച്ച് കഴിക്കരുത് 2_നല്ലപോലെ ചവച്ചരച്ചിറക്കുക, 3_ഇരുന്ന് കൊണ്ട് കഴിക്കുക/കുടിക്കുക 4_ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇടയ്കിടേയുള്ള വെള്ളം കുടി ഒഴിവാക്കുക അത്യാവിശ്യഘട്ടം വന്നാൽ കുടിക്കാം നല്ലപോലെ ചവച്ചരച്ച് കഴിക്കുന്നവർക് ഇടയ്കിടെ ഉള്ള വെള്ളം കുടി വേണ്ടിവരില്ല

Thanks very much for your detailed information on the Diabetic Gastropathy. I am a Diabetic patient more than 20 years and I never never heard such detailed information from any doctors/endocrinologist like you. They are always prescribing me PPI. Recently one reputed Endocrinologist advised me to stop taking Glucobay M 25. Accordingly I got 50% Relief. But, still 50 percentage is there as well as no proper digestion. Majority of my food is vegetable. Appreciate if you could kindly advise me what medicine or necessary step I need to take in order to rectify this Gas complaint.

Dr Satish , no words to say thank you , amazing explanation , All pathies in diabetic l have heard , but " Gastropathy " is new information to me Sir l am diabetic pt since 14 yrs. Every pathies are normal by the grace of God , but" gastropathy" is troubling me like hell . continuous belching & regurgitation ,even disturbed sleep. Doctor l am better with Tab Digene + Tb Domperidon , maximum l try not to take , at least 2 to 3 times l have to take above meds . My doubt " is there any side effect for these Digene + Doperidone , on long term usage . Dr please , is there meds for Gastropathy , * please suggest me Doctor !!

Thanks a lot for your kind words. I wouldn't recommend any such med for the long term without a valid indication. In ur case, the diagnosis of gastropathy has NOT been conclusively made. Hence, popping pills wouldn't be a good idea. Thanks again and have a Merry Christmas!

Medicine start cheyth 2 days ok ayirunnuu.. but epol vindum gas varan thudangi kude food kazhikumbol vomiting und. Same time ente left hand vein thadichu varum edak kude maravikalum, athu pole thanne thalaude left back sideil epolum painum und. Im waiting for a better suggestion from you...

പ്രമേഹമുള്ള ഒരാൾക്ക് ഗ്യാസ് trouble ഉണ്ടായാൽ, അത് Diabetic gastropathy - എന്ന ഒരു നിഗമനത്തിൽ എത്തിച്ചേരാതിരിക്കാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. "H. Pylori, Blastocystis hominis, roundworm .." മുതലായവ വലിയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം. അത് ടെസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെടേണ്ടത് അനിവാര്യമാണ് . പലപ്പോഴും ലാബ് ടെസ്റ് ശരിയായിരിക്കില്ല . പല പ്രാവശ്യം ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും. ചില ഡോക്ടർമാർ IBS പോലുള്ള symptom കണ്ടാൽ ഉടൻ anti -anxiety മരുന്നുകൾ കൊടുക്കുന്ന ഒരു തെറ്റായ സമീപനവും കാണിക്കുന്നു. anti -anxiety മരുന്നുകൾ. anti -anxiety മരുന്നുകളുടെ effect ഏതാനും മണിക്കൂറുകൾ മാത്രം . Symptoms നു പോലും റിലീഫ് കിട്ടില്ല . പിന്നെ എന്തിനാ അവ തരുന്നതെന്നു ഈശ്വരനു മാത്രം അറിയാം. Anxiety ക്കു , ഏതാണ്ട് കൃത്യമായി എല്ലാദിവസവും ഇത്രയും ശക്തമായ symptoms (stomach issues) ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ. ഓർത്തു നോക്കിയാൽ പമ്പര വിഡ്ഢിത്തം
