Sincerely i want to come over this. ഞാൻ സ്വന്തമായിട്ട് ചിന്തിച് എത്തുന്നില്ല. Sometimes i need a motivayion for my study. Meditation, affirmations, prayer it doesnt give me any change. All day i watch or hear some kind of videos. Bt action became zero. എന്ത് ചെയ്താലും ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്ന് നെഗറ്റീവ് പറയുമ്പോ i surrender abt the thought the nxt day.
