Rear view ക്യാമറയിൽ grid lines കാണും എന്ന് നിർമാതാക്കളുടെ സർവീസ് ബുക്കിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ നമ്മുടെ കാറിൽ കാണില്ല. 4 . അക്‌സെസ്സറിസ് ഫോട്ടോ കാണിക്കുന്നത് ഒന്ന്, ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്‌യുന്നത് അത്രയും ഭംഗി ഇല്ലാത്ത വേറെ ഒന്ന്. 5 . പല പുതിയ കാറുകളിലും ക്യാബിൻ ഫിൽറ്റർ (ac ഫിൽറ്റർ) കാണുകയില്ല. 300-400 രൂപ വിലയെ ഉള്ളൂ . ഈ സാധനം അതിൽ ഇല്ല എന്ന് നമ്മൾ അറിയില്ലല്ലോ. ഡീലർ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ്സ് ഇത് പറയുകയുമില്ല. ആദ്യത്തെ സർവീസിനു കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ നമ്മൾ അറിയുകയുള്ളൂ. ആ ഒരു മാസം കൊണ്ട് കാറിനുള്ളിൽ കുറെ പൊടി കയറുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഇവർ ഇക്കാര്യം എന്തിനാ പറയാൻ മടിയ്ക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് അറിയില്ല. 6 . ന്യൂ ടെക്നോളജി FUEL Injection system ഉള്ള കാറുകളിൽ fuel tank low quantity ആയി ഓടിക്കരുത് എന്ന് കാർ നിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ ആവർത്തിച്ചു പറയാറുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ ഡെലിവറി തരുന്ന പുതിയ കാറിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത filling സ്റ്റേഷൻ വരെ പോകാനുള്ള പെട്രോൾ മാത്രമേ കഷ്ടിച്ച് കാണുകയുള്ളൂ. കുറഞ്ഞതു 6 -7 ലക്ഷം മുടക്കുന്ന നമ്മൾ രണ്ടു ലിറ്റർ പെട്രോളിന്റെ വില 200 രൂപ ചോദിച്ചാൽ കൊടുക്കുമല്ലോ. എന്തിനാ ഈ നാണം കെട്ട പിശുക്കു കാണിക്കുന്നത്. 7 . നാൽപ്പതിനായിരം രൂപ മുടക്കി കാർ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ട് 7 -8 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് മാത്രമേ ഓട്ടോമാറ്റിക് കാർ കിട്ടുകയുള്ളൂ. പക്ഷെ അതിന്റെ പലിശ ഒന്നും നമ്മൾ ചോദിക്കില്ല എന്ന് അവർക്കു നന്നായി അറിയാം.. 8 . ഡെലിവറി സമയത്തു ഒരു കട്ടി കടലാസ്സിൽ താക്കോലിന്റെ ചിത്രം തരുന്ന photo എടുക്കും. അത് മറ്റൊരു തമാശ മാത്രം. ഫോട്ടോ ഒന്നും നമുക്ക് അയച്ചു തരില്ല. 9 . കാറിന്റെ ബില് നോക്കിയാൽ ഒന്നും tally ആവുകയുമില്ല. നമ്മൾ അത് വിടും. 10 . ഫാസ്റ്റ് ടാഗ് ഒട്ടിയ്ക്കാൻ 600 രൂപ വാങ്ങും. 500 രൂപ എങ്കിലും ബാലൻസ് കാണും എന്ന് നമ്മൾ വിചാരിയ്ക്കും. 200 രൂപ ചാർജ് ചെയ്യാനാണ് 600 രൂപ വാങ്ങിയത് എന്ന് Toll ബൂത്ത് കടന്നു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ നമ്മൾ അറിയുകയുള്ളൂ. വെട്ടിയ്പ്പു നടത്തിക്കൊള്ളൂ. പക്ഷെ അത് മുൻകൂട്ടി പറയാമല്ലോ. 11 . Customer Care Manager, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും പരാതി അയച്ചാൽ കണ്ട ഭാവം കാണിക്കില്ല 12. Dealership Head എന്ന ഉയർന്ന തലവനും അതേ അവസ്ഥയിൽ തന്നെ.

Pre or post... Whatever it is.. I'm sure that it has not done by the tata dealer from where I took my car. During the first drive just after the delivery, i noted the issue with wheel alignment. However, i dint go back to the dealer on the same day itself because I did not wanted to spoil my family's and my moment of celebration. But, I got it the service centre and got it rectified during the 1st service.

We do have a personal incident in my family. And that issue is now running in court. Indus Maruthi delivered and accident happened swift desire to my cousin. So it’s our duty to inspect the vehicle before proceeding to RTO procedures .
