The food and staff is really what has me coming back. This location has great set of people, they are wonderful and always working hard!!! It is also very busy at this location and the employees are just so darn nice and great!!! Thank you!!!! I know how hard it can get sometimes but let me tell ya, the staff is the best!!! And the food especially the Biriyani is exquisite..!! ❤️

And we weren’t disappointed. Everything was excellent!!! From the friendly and cool staff, the service and of course the FOOD!!! It's one of the best biriyani ever. Bismi Hotel serves one of the best biriyani in Trivandrum. I drive down many time just to enjoy one of the best beef briyani from here. Every time we come the customer service is exquisite and the staffs are dam cool, from the staff’s engaging conversations to the excellent food suggestion and their attitude of extending the courtesy to every customer. We will definitely be coming back up to the hotel to explore more mouth watery dishes. The Kerala perotta and beef roast with a kattan kappy is a must try when you visit this restaurant.. ❤️🫡🥳
