Equal responsibility എടുക്കാൻ തയ്യാറാകുന്ന ഒരു partner ഉണ്ടാവുമോ എന്നു ഭയന്നിട്ടാണെന്നു കാണുന്നുണ്ട്... കാരണം throughout life അവരെ care ചെയ്യാനും support ചെയ്യാനും, household duties share ചെയ്യാനും തയ്യാറാകുന്ന partner നെ കിട്ടിയാൽ എല്ലാ പെൺകുട്ടികളും ഈ പറയുന്ന തരത്തിൽ ലൈഫിൽ ഇൻവെസ്റ്റ്‌ ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറാക്കുമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു..

ഇതൊരു elite class വാർത്തമാനമായിപ്പോയി. കേരളസമൂഹത്തിലെ ഭൂരിപക്ഷമായ സാധാരണക്കാരിൽ സാധാരണക്കാരായ വരെ ക്കൂടി പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കണമായിരുന്നു. എല്ലാവരും സാമ്പത്തികനേട്ടത്തിന് വേണ്ടിയല്ല ജോലി prefer ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഇക്കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ ദാമ്പത്യം എങ്ങനെയാവുമെന്ന് പറയാൻ കഴിയില്ല. ഒട്ടും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വമില്ലാത്ത പുരുഷന്മാർ, ലഹരിക്കടിപ്പെട്ടവർ, മറ്റു antisocial characters ----ഇവരുടെ പങ്കാളിയാവേണ്ട ദുർഗതി വന്നാൽ ഈ ചർച്ചയിൽ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങളൊന്നും നടക്കില്ല. New generation ജോലി prefer ചെയ്യുന്നത് ജീവിതത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ആശങ്ക കൊണ്ടാണ്. സ്വന്തം നിലനിൽപ്പും കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളോടുള്ള ബാധ്യതകളും നിറവേറ്റാൻ കഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളെ മറക്കരുത്. നല്ല സാമ്പത്തിക ചുറ്റുപാടും എല്ലാം ഷെയർ ചെയ്യുന്ന partnersum ഉള്ളവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഈ സംസാരം ദഹിക്കുകയുള്ളു

There is no RULE BOOK TO PERFECT MOTHERHOOD. She is just the perfect mother with all her imperfections to her child. Its a blessing & a call from above. Most imp- Only a healthy (mind, spiritual, physical) mum can raise a healthy baby. So be kind to her in every way. But Kerala culture is extremely critical Sadly

I was working as a s/ w engineer and i quit my job for my kids. But it is an intensional career break and that doesnt mean that i wont go for job anymore. But each day then after quitting my job i am litterally crying inside only because of watching social media in which people promotes importance of job for women. U people made my day😘

I agree that a mother plays a vital role in everybody's life. But does she get what is required for her to do her best? Does anyone care what she is going through or what she desires? There are a lot of compromises she has to make. In most cases women have to give up everything they hoped for once they become a mother. Most of the speakers in this video are well educated and I'm sure the partners of these women are as well. So I'm not sure to what degree they understand the hardships of women who are not that privileged. There are women who are materialistic but I don't think that is the reason many women choose not to be mothers these days. It's the fear of losing everything and becoming a nobody that's affecting the women these days. Because believe it or not the women these days are capable of being some of the best mothers you would have ever seen. But what is keeping them from becoming that is the fear of losing themselves and in the end to be questioned "but who asked you to sacrifice everything for us". So if a man wants the mother of his kids to be the best he will have to step up and ensure that his wife is feeling secured and loved and respected at all times. Hope this helps at least one person looking for the answer.
