*പ്രപഞ്ചത്തെ അല്ലാഹു അവനെ അറിയാനുള്ള അടയാളമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു* *പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിൽ അല്ലാഹു ചെയ്തു വെച്ച ഓരോ സംവിധാനവും പ്രയോജനപരമായി മനുഷ്യനെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുള്ളതാണ്* *പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിന്റെ അർഥപൂർണ്ണമായ ചലനത്തിന് നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ട നിയമങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെയും الدين ആകുന്നു.* *പ്രപഞ്ചം ആ ദീനിൽ നിന്നും അല്‌പം പോലും വ്യതിചലിക്കാതെ നിലകൊള്ളുന്നതിനാൽ പ്രപഞ്ചം ആസകലം മുസ്ലിം (അല്ലാഹുവിന് അനുസരണ പൂർവ്വം വിധേയപ്പെട്ടത് ) ആകുന്നു.* *ആ വിധത്തിൽ പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിന് സംവിധാനിക്കപ്പെട്ട الدين ൽ പെട്ടതാണ് കാലത്തെ 12 മാസങ്ങളായി ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നതും* *കാലം ഗണിക്കേണ്ട ആവശ്യമുള്ള മനുഷ്യർക്കൊക്കെയും പ്രയോജനപ്പെടും വിധമാണ് സൂര്യൻ, ചന്ദ്രൻ, ഭൂമി, ആകാശം, പകൽ, രാത്രി, രാശികൾ, ഗ്രഹ നിലകൾ എന്നിവ സംവിധാനിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് എന്ന് വിശുദ്ധ ഖുർആൻ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു. മനുഷ്യന്റെ അനുഭവങ്ങൾ അത് ശരിവെക്കുന്നു.* *കാലത്തിന്റെ ഒരു ദിനം എന്ന യൂണിറ്റിനെയും അതിന്റെ ചെറിയ ഭാഗങ്ങളെയും വേർതിരിക്കേണ്ടത് സൂര്യ ചലനവും അതിന്റെ പ്രകാശ അനുഭവങ്ങളും പരിഗണിച്ചാകണമെന്ന മനുഷ്യാനുഭവത്തെ ഖുർആൻ ശരിവെക്കുന്നു. ഇസ്‌ലാമിന്റെ ദിനചര്യകളെ ആ പരിഗണനയിൽ നബി (സ) ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.* *ആഴ്ചയിൽ 7 ദിനങ്ങൾ എന്ന ദൈവ നിശ്ചയത്തെ ഇസ്‌ലാം പ്രായോഗികമായി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. സയ്യിദുൽ അയ്യാം എന്ന പദവി നൽകി വെള്ളിയാഴ്ചയെ ആദരിക്കുകയും ജുമുഅ നമസ്കാരത്തിലൂടെ ദിനമാറ്റം എന്ന അത്യ ൽഭുത പ്രതിഭാസത്തിന്റെ സാക്ഷികളാകാൻ മുസ്‌ലിംകളെ പാകപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു.* *ഇത്തരത്തിൽ ഉള്ള 29 അല്ലെങ്കിൽ 30 ദിനങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ പ്രകൃതിയിൽ സംവിധാനിക്കപ്പെട്ട 12 മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടാകൂ എന്ന് നബി (സ) സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തി.* *ആ ദിനങ്ങളെ എണ്ണി അറിയിക്കാനുള്ള കൊടിയടയാളങ്ങളാണ് ചന്ദ്രക്കലകൾ എന്ന് ഖുർആൻ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.* *കാലം ഗണിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ വിസ്മയകരമായ ശാസ്ത്രം (العلم, Science) കരഗതമാക്കാനാഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർക്കായി ചന്ദ്രന്റെ ഗ്രഹനിലകളും , സൂര്യന്റെ ജ്വലനവും, ചന്ദ്രന്റെ നിലാവുമൊക്കെ പ്രകൃതിയിൽ കൃത്യമായ ഗണിത- ചലന നിയമങ്ങളാൽ വിശദീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന് ഖുർആൻ ഉണർത്തി.* *ഖുർആനിന്റെ ആദ്യ കാല അനുയായികളെ ആ പ്രകൃതി യാഥാർഥ്യങ്ങളെ നിരീക്ഷിച്ചു ബോധ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാകത്തിൽ നബി (സ) നടപടികൾ ആവിഷ്കരിച്ചു.* *അങ്ങിനെ, കൃത്രിമമായി കെട്ടിയുണ്ടാക്കിയ മാസ സംവിധാനങ്ങളെയെല്ലാം നിരാകരിച്ച്, ഹിലാലിന്റെ നിരീക്ഷണം വഴി ബോധ്യമാകുന്ന പ്രകൃതിദത്തമായ കാലഗണനയുടെ സാക്ഷികളായി മുസ്ലിം സമൂഹം നിലവിൽ വന്നിട്ട് 14 നൂറ്റാണ്ട് പിന്നിട്ടു.* *ഖുർആൻ വ്യാഖ്യാനങ്ങളുടെ നേതൃപദവി അലങ്കരിക്കുന്ന; ഹിജ്റ മൂന്നാം നൂറ്റാണ്ടിൽ രചിക്കപ്പെട്ട തഫ്സീറുത്വബരി മുതൽ കാലമിന്നോളമുള്ള മുഫസ്സിറുകളെല്ലാം ആ സത്യം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.* *ചന്ദ്രന്റെ ഒരാവൃത്തിയുള്ള കറക്കത്തിനിടയിൽ അത് പൂർണ്ണമായും മനുഷ്യർക്ക് മേൽ മറയപ്പെടുന്ന ദിനം (അമാവാസി ദിനം) തന്നെയാണ് പുതിയ ചന്ദ്രക്കല രൂപപ്പെടുന്നതെന്നും അന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് ഒരു ചന്ദ്ര മാസം അവസാനിക്കുന്നതെന്നും ആധുനിക ശാസ്ത്രം വിളിച്ചു പറയാൻ എത്രയോ നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകൾ പിന്നെയും കഴിഞ്ഞു.* *ഹുക്മ് മുതൽ സ്വലാത് വരെ; ഇസ്‌ലാമിന്റെ ഓരോ നൂൽബന്ധങ്ങളും മനുഷ്യ കുലത്തിന് നഷ്ടപ്പെടുമെന്ന പ്രവാചക പ്രവചനത്തെ സാക്ഷീകരിക്കും വിധം , ലളിതവും സുന്ദരവും അത്‌ഭുതകരവുമായ കാലഗണനാരീതിയെ മുസ്ലിം സമൂഹം മനുഷ്യർക്ക് നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തി.* *നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ആ സുന്നത്തിനെ ( സുന്നത്ത് = പ്രാപഞ്ചിക ക്രമം = പ്രവാചക നടപടിക്രമം) വീണ്ടും സാധ്യമാക്കാനുള്ള പരിശ്രമത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ് ചന്ദ്രമാസ കലണ്ടറുകളുടെ പ്രസാധനവും, തദ് സംബന്ധമായ പഠന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും .* *100 രക്തസാക്ഷിത്വത്തിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലമാണ് ഈ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിനുള്ളതെന്ന പ്രവാചക വാഗ്ദാനം , ഈ പരിശ്രമം എത്ര കഠിനതരമാക്കുമെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.* *എല്ലാ സത്യങ്ങളും ഒരിക്കൽ കൂടി പുലരാനുള്ളതാണെന്ന വസ്തുത ഈ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിൽ നിരതരാവാനുള്ള ഊർജ്ജം നൽകുന്നു.* *قُلْ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ قَدْ جَآءَكُمُ ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ ۖ فَمَنِ ٱهْتَدَىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا ۖ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ عَلَيْكُم بِوَكِيلٍ*
ഫജ൪ ൻറെ സമയം കണക്കും കാഴ്ചയും നല്ല വ്യത്യാസം വരുന്നുണ്ട്. 18 ഡിഗ്രി ആണ് നമ്മുടെ നാട്ടിൽ പിൻപറ്റുന്ന കണക്ക്. പക്ഷേ ആ സമയത്തു ഖുർആനിലും സുന്നത്തിലും പറഞ്ഞ പുലരിയുടെ വെളുത്ത വര ചക്രവാളത്തിൽ കാണുകയില്ല. ശാസ്ത്രവും അതിനെ അസ്ട്രോണമിക്കൽ ട്വൈലൈറ്റ് എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്, നഗന നേത്രങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടു സാധാരണക്കാ൪ക്ക് കാണാൻ പറ്റാത്തത്.

If the birth of the moon happened on a day before the eastern end of the earth (eg: East Cape, North Island of New Zealand) enters the next day(Magrib), then the next day will be the first day of the month.
Command: Soomoo-li-Ruyati…… Fast with sighting it The Prophet (s) said, “Fast with sighting it (Moon) and break the fast with sighting it. Count 30 days if the month is concealed from you.” ( Muslim, Abu al-Hasan Muslim bin al-Hajja’j, Sahih al-Muslim) When we consider the Hilal globally, the probability for the cloud to cover the Hilal all over the world is 0, but other than the cloud we have an interesting point here "Count" 30 days is a calculation, it is the first open door to the world of calculation. Some Hadiths clearly say "Estimate" instead of "Count 30 days" “The Prophet (s) mentioned Ramadan and said,” Do not fast until you see the Moon and do not break the fast until you see it. Estimate it in case it is cloudy.” (Bukhari, Musnad Ahmad) The word “Raa’ytum” is used by the Prophet (s) in connection with breaking the fast of the month of Ramadan. He said, “If you see the night coming from the East”. If we were to take his words literally then we will have to go out every evening to actually see the night coming from the East to break our fast. But now we use watches and prayer charts. “And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn appears to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast till the night appears”. (Quran) Presently we do not follow this text literally but in spirit by following the watches and calculated timings. Following these specific commandments in letter and not in spirit has never been the real objective of Islamic Law. The objective of Islamic Law was to ascertain that the goal of time certainty prescribed by Allah SWT and his Prophet (s) is fulfilled. Prohibition: Lathasoomu..... Do not Fast until you see it. a. All agree on the point that not everyone wants to see the moon, if anyone reports a sighting, Kazi normally just announces it. So, the first part of the command “Do not Fast” is applicable for all individuals, but the second part of the command “until you see it” will come to the meaning 'until you know about the sighting', then only it will apply to all, otherwise, we will end-up in saying "who ever saw the moon only need to start the fasting". b. If the Hilal is not visible on the 29th day of Shaban, the prophet commanded us to complete 30 days of Shaban and start Ramadan. That means we will start Fast without seeing the Hilal because we have 'Ilmul Yaqeen' strong understanding of the beginning of the month. From the above two points, we can conclude that the 'Ilmul Yaqeen' about the Hilal is important. Does the Moon Sighting Supplication demand that the first Hilal is to be sighted with the naked eye? Not everyone can see the new Moon on the first day, and not all go out to spot the first Hilal during Maghrib time. This supplication can be recited and reward can be achieved at any time one sees the new Moon( on the second or third day or anytime within the first seven days) as the metaphorically oriented, linguistic meanings of the word “al-hilal '' denote. The issue of reciting this supplication is in no way or form connected with the proof that the month of Ramadan is solely dependent upon sighting the new Moon. Moreover, this supplication is recommended for all the months and is not specified for the month of Ramadan. The Prophet (PBUH) is reported to have said that a Muslim should recite it whenever he sees the new Moon. Many people do not go out to sight the new Moon for most of the other Islamic months.
“By the sun and its brightness, and the moon as it follows it(when the moon is visible after sunset.), and the day as it unveils it, and the night as it conceals it!” (Al-Shams, 1 - 4) Abbas - Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs: "when it follows the sun, on the first night when the new moon is seen" Jalal - Al-Jalalayn: "And [by] the moon when it follows her, rising after she has set" Kathir - Ibn Al Kathir: Qatadah said, "`as it, Talaha (follows it)' is referring to the night of the Hilal (the new crescent moon). When the sun goes down, the Hilal is visible." The al-Hilal night will not reach all people at the same TIME since the earth is not flat, as the earth rotates, there is an order to reach the night everyone. Ie the Al-Hilal phenomenon (the moon follows the sun - Quran 91:2) will begin from the eastern end of the earth, just like Juma starts on earth. “They ask thee, (O Muhammad), of new moons, say: They are fixed seasons for mankind and the pilgrimage. It is not righteousness that ye go to houses by the backs thereof (as do the idolaters at certain seasons), but the righteous man is he who wardeth off (evil). So go to houses by the gates thereof, and observe your duty to Allah, that ye may be successful.” (Quran 2:189) The direct interpretation of “go to houses by the gates” is related to "The Ansar used to enter their houses from the back when returning from a journey. Thereafter, this Ayah (2:189 above) was revealed...'' (Hadith). But there is an indication in this ayah since it is explained along with Ahilla and dates, that we should enter any phases of the moon(House/Manzil) through the gate of a day (from the beginning of a day)
