All of the other places in India are rapidly progressing and advancing in infratructure and economy and employment sector and everything else we could think of except Kerala. We have no new enterprises, no jobs are being created, we have mass exodus of young workforce to other countries which results in brain drain. There has been a huge deterioration in the quality of education being provided in Kerala over the past few years. We have businessmen being driven out of our state and thereby loss of thousands of job opportunities and revenue in taxes. Nobody feels encouraged to open up enterprises and establishments due to the threat from communist trade unionists and other leftist vultures. Although, India is progressing and a rapid pace, for an average Malayali,living in Kerala feels like living in a dysopian war torn communist hellhole riddled with idiots and fundementalist terrorists.
Respected Sir, How can we come back to Kerala? No jobs. No environment to start a business. No hope in Kerala. Consumer spending will increase at an all India level in the future, as disposable incomes will rise. Yet, new entrepreneurs are not being created in Kerala to tap that potential. How can Malayalees peacefully come back to Kerala. We will still have to go to other states and places, just like our previous generations did. On a side note, because so many people from the previous generation had to leave the state, it caused huge suffering in the families as family members would be separated for long periods of time, causing pain on an emotional level. Just highlighting this aspect too.

If there is any commodity when the requirement is more production is less the product price automatically grows but in the case of natural rubber in the country the required quantity of production is less than requirement even though the price is mechanically fixed as low as they wish . I think for example the consumer for rice , vegetable and milk is millions but in the case of natural rubber few corporate companies. So they can manipulate and involve themselves to block the price hike. So they can make a huge profit in tyre manufacturing. The farmers who are producing natural rubber are getting foolish and cheated by tyre companies.

One of the reasons people want to move out of India is that the common people cannot do their business with the government. Like village offices, corporations, Municipalities, police stations etc they are very much corrupted and protected by politicians. Education, research and jobs. The legal system in India needs to be revamped as well. These legal changes should happen with all other developments. Motor vehicle insurance rules, public safety rules etc. If all these things are fulfilled, we can see a flow of people from other countries to India.
