2014 മുതൽ 2022 വരെ മാസത്തിൽ ഒരു തവണ കോട്ടയത്ത് നിന്നും കോഴിക്കോട് വരെ മലബാർ എക്സ്പ്രസ്സ് പിടിച്ച് പോയി പാരഗണിലെ ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണിയും, റഹ്മത്തിലെ ബീഫ് ബിരിയാണിയും, സൈനുത്താത്തയുടെ ഇറച്ചിപ്പത്തിരിയും ഉന്നക്കായയും, സാഗറിലെ ഊണും കഴിച്ചിരുന്ന ഞാൻ. കോഴിക്കോട് അന്നും ഇന്നും എന്നും ഒരു വികാരം ആണ്. കാനഡ വന്നതിന് ശേഷം ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നത് ഇതൊക്കെ ആണ്.❤❤❤

എപ്പോഴും ടേസ്റ്റ് ഒരേ പോലെ നിലനിർത്തി കൊണ്ടുപോവുന്ന പാരഗ്ൻ ടീമിന് എത്ര മാർക്കു കൊടുത്താലും മതിയാവില്ല. പോരാ കഴിച്ചാൽ വയറിനും ഒരു കുഴപ്പവും തോന്നാറില്ല. അതും വലിയ ഒരു quality. അത് എന്നും നിലനിർത്തി പോവാൻ പാരഗ ണിന് കഴിയട്ടെ. 🌹

We waited 45 minutes last june. Even the staff that help with car parking have a good attitude. Waiters were very friendly. Food excellent as everyone knows. We left a substantial tip. ❤
