I'm a Web Designer myself. If you are planning to create a Brand with your website, never go with the cheap 4000 options available. They will create a website with in 1-2 days. But as a web designer, I know it takes almost a week or two to create a website from scratch. But these guys are copying other people's work and give it for a cheap rate. Any one with IT knowledge can easily copy another website. When the creator takes days to make it, they steal it in one minute. Do you want a website same as this youtube page? I can give the code in 2 mins. But its never an original work. It is like watching movies from torrent. If the orginal author saw your website copying their design, they can file a suit against you in the court. Digital works are protected by Intellectual Property rights. So be careful before doing such things. If you really need cheap website, download a website template (legally, paid and free) and customize it for your needs. Regarding the video: Nobody will host wordpress site from their own computer (localhost) . Its for working on the webite before we push it to the server.
