Roast potatoes are my husband's favourite during winter. I roast whole garlic and put whole rosemary sprigs picked from the garden. Sometimes I use chopped parsley too. Olive oil works well too 🙂
Hello Aunty..I make this plate often..You could use an aluminium paper to put the chicken and potatoes in the oven.It avoids the food being stuck to the baking tray.. Much love from France ❤❤

Thanks for the beautiful recipe. Aunty i have a small question. Pls don't think i am picking on you. Don't you think potato is too big so the chicken gets over done, loosing it's juciness?
