The Speaker has rebuked Boris Johnson during a heated Commons row over the Westminster sleaze scandal.
The prime minister was told off four times by Lindsay Hoyle for trying to ask the Labour leader questions about his second job.
A furious Sir Lindsay told Mr Johnson to sit down, adding: "You may be the Prime Minister of this country but in this House I'm in charge."

It’s all fine and good mocking these weasels in the RU-vid comments, but I hope everyone intends to vote and drag a few friends along next time as well, should anyone want the right to be critical. And should the charge be that *all* the going candidates aren’t worth voting for, then it’s time to make your voice heard on issues within the existing system, demand change, and potentially either campaign for yourself or on behalf of someone you know would do a good job.

I’ve got a lot of respect for recent Speakers. Loved Bercow, Hoyle is doing a great job. Problem is that BoJo is as bent as a 3 bob note, and the Speaker doesn’t really have any power, in the grand scheme

Either that or the current Tory government keeps disrespecting the rules of parliament illegally closing parliament, overruling the ministerial standards commissioner for Patel and attempting to overrule the parliamentary standards commissioner for Pattison. The speaker will look partisan if one side keeps breaking the rules.
