Saw the clean up and the craziness at delta park. It was like a bunch of ants being disrupted out of their homes. So many folks wondering around Lowes and the bottle drop while the trucks cleaned up the messes they made.
I guess it took this for one side to see what the other was saying years ago.. sucks it had to gwt this bad for everyone to finally see.. I've worked in NE portland for about 15 years. I commute an hour into work for a reason.. it's gotten so bad in Portland. Something had to finally give.
Employers require an address..can they use yours? Employers require references can they use your name? Employers require a means of transportation will you drive them?.. Your level of stupidity is amazing
Hundred-dollar fine or a week in jail now these are people that can't afford to buy a meal right sounds like a week in jail would be a good thing for your room and only problem is you can't lock them all up
I used to love Portland. Walking around downtown, visiting shops and food truck was amazing! At one point I even considered moving there. Then I revisited after the Antifa/Drug addicts/ Homeless took over, and I was in disbelief how quickly these ppl destroyed that place. It’s too expensive to live there for this kind of crap to be going on.

That is so true. These people our God's people too . The city is not caring about these people. The compassion for the homeless is not there. If the shoe was on the other foot, I'm sure these city officials wouldn't want to be treated this way.
Don’t confuse poor people with junkies, parasites, and criminals… which many of the street people are. We have plenty of programs in place to help poor people. Many people on city’s streets are there by choice, and because they choose to move in Portland only because the drugs were made legal and easier to get. Instead of cleaning up and getting jobs, they want to get high every day and expecting society to give them what they want without making any effort to contribute to society. Many refuse shelter because they are expected not to get high in shelters. I am pretty sure in Jesus’ time the criminals were crucified, not given free food, shelter, and money which they use to get more high instead of paying for necessities. Even Jesus would have given them some harsh words…
