Fewer calories for the same protein - more fiber to help feel you up. It is also easier on your body to digest. I’m so excited that you all are showing how good plant based foods taste. He could tell the difference, but often preferred the plant option. 💪🏼🌱

Kalen eats tempeh: it tastes like chicken but there's like a slight change me: have eaten so much tempeh in my life and never ever i thought it tasted like chicken

I would love to know which products those were. I’m in the midst of changing to a plant based / vegetarian (50/50) diet. I’m also allergic to nuts as Kalen mentioned and it’s difficult to find alternatives I can eat! Great video!

My husband thinks it’s funny that I say that I just love you and you’re a great person when I don’t know you in person lol But Plant based you will feel and be healthier. Watch the Game Changers!
