Surprised he mentioned "for the mind", my mind would shatter if I didn't have the gym. The mental work you get done whilst getting out of your own head is immeasurable.
Jesus loves you and is coming back soon! Believe in His death and resurrection and accept Him as your Lord and Saviour and be saved and abandon your sins and turn to Him! Have an amazing day!❤😊❤
Can't say enough how much I love both season 1&2. So great to see his workout and all the hard work he continues to put in to maintain his fitness. Love that he said that he goes to the gym not only for the physical part but also the mental which is so true. Can't wait to see season 3!
*Leo Suters VIKING WORKOUT* is one of the most practical and managable workouts, I have seen on Men's Health other than Johnathan Majors for Creed III. *Incorporating Boxing into any workout absolutely works as a warm up, cool down, and self defense training* Eat well, drink water, rest and repeat Fellas. *Never compare yourself to anyone, IT'S YOU vs YOU!*
I don't know how many times i've watched this video the workout is pretty good the way he builded his body is awesome but... the hair, oh man i'm so obsessed with his hair 😅
I respect it massively anyone getting into shape and working on health it’s tough to stay at it but it’s a lot easier getting into shape and getting better health when you are famous. Yes anyone at top worked hard to get there but famous individuals have access to top class nutritionist and just all round more support to keep you on track. It’s much harder getting into shape when you work a middle class job dealing with the stresses of keeping a float because they don’t put wages up make everything so expensive. Working out keeping health is more impressive when you come from the bottom living in the struggle but still manage to keep health and working out intact. I see people comparing themselves to these celebrities in good shape when they shouldn’t. Understand the circumstances and stay at you’re own game that said always respect anyone who puts health as a priority.
Tbf tho out of most actors he seems the most likely to not be on steroids he’s not overly big or strong and has been an active sports guy his whole life
@@Fil_Milo from the video id guess he is doing x2 times a week with low intensity. as he stated he is just in a maintenance stage so isnt looking to build new muscle just keeping what he has. if he increased the intensity whilst still doing x2 a week im sure he would keep building muscle. He is doing 4 sets per muscle each workout so thats 8 weekly sets which is enough to keep building muscle. He seems to be doing very 'easy' sets though just to maintain
I dont hate Leo Suter, but he’s on steroids. Because he doesn’t know lifting techniques and lifts such small weights, while he’s just pumped up like a mensphysic. Of course, it may be that this is the best genetics, but it’s unlikely. Juiced bro.
You folks who are lazy and never push hard enough in gym use that word carelessly ped this and that 😂😂😂 dude his not even that huge, his just normal jacked 😂😂😂
Great to see a meat and potatoes workout. So much sensational bull chit in Hollywood. Conventional movements with consistency and enough food/sleep is all you need.

Pretty useless workout advice. All Leo does is present a quick walk through of the overall lifting workout he does (and it's a no-brainer). There is no recommendations of frequency, weight load, rep number, rest periods, etc).
is workout summary....full body work out. 4 sets into 10 reps. and ten minutes cardio (3-4min cardio on the heavy bag).? did iget it right? my opinion its quite hard work out. probably elite athelete can do it.
