Dr. Ersido, I have a question for you. Land has to be managed by the government and should be allocated to the citizens on lease basis. The question should be transparency, openness, fairness while they allocate land. Some of the reasons for land to be managed by the govt are: 1. No one create land, it is created by God 2. The government is the one who mobilize and organize the citizen to defend from External 3. To get flexibility for the use of public interest, for example, to construct road, farm or nuclear station, it should be managed by the government 4. The problem is the approach, method and the rules and regulation, not respecting the law and being corrupted. There should be transparency while the govt allocate the resources. 5. Air is not individual resource and in the same way land also should not be the individual resource.
