For the 2nd time in a week, Athanasia and Leonidas tackled "Filthy 50." Both of them finished faster in their previous attempts. This time Athnasia completed the workout in 32:58 and Leonidas got a "DNF" due to calf cramps. Leonidas did eventually finish his double-unders and the WOD, but only after the clock had stopped.

Wow! WHAT a WOD!! Had all the drama of a Greek tragedy, appropriately. Leonidas achilles heel revealed...? WODs have a tendency to do that!

I’ve done this workout for years, I’ve never been able to do it before 30 mins, The knees to elbow, and the Burpee’s take the most time

Poor Leonidas, just shows once is enough for the filthy fifty wod in a week. ,Great to see the different boxes that are out there.

Great workout playlist! Here in Ohio, USA, at my CF gym, all they play is basically a "shake it" mix with music like Chris Brown, Justin Timberlake, Pitbull, JKwon, and Bruno Mars...just horrible, horrible music for CF imho....I like hard rock and metal for CF.
