Sometimes we ladies miss the red flag bcos of so called love. The red flag was when he said he didn't want to go that he didn't have money and she made mistake of buying him a ticket. 2nd red flag when he said he want to come with his manager and the managers wife knowing well u have always wanted to go to Zanzibar and he didn't think of buying u a ticket and for himself and making u feel special while there or making it an intimate trip

she has experienced trauma in the past and I don't know if she truly healed. closure is very important to her which is why it looks like she is ranting etc. I do hope she finds wholeness and learns forgiveness too. women who have experienced trauma are very fragile and need to be in secure environments and relationships otherwise their trauma will be relived.

Personally I feel the very first mistake was buying him a ticket anytime you hear a man that says he cannot afford something that is meant to bring the two of you together leave it he's not ready when a man is ready to spend time with you he would pay your ticket, your mother's and father's ticket and he won't end there he will pay for your sisters ticket with her man or husband and kids what are you telling me... Mentally strong. We endure the most and receive very little emotional support. We receive the least protection from the men in our families and communities but somehow survive it all and still become decent human beings. You truly have to be a strong person to live off of no love for a large portion of our lives. If it wasn't for self love there would be nothing.

1:14 discussion about a woman's menstruation is totally okay and something that shouldn't be a problem for adults, but in my opinion a woman just casually revealing that she's menstruating when there is absolutely no need to is quite bizarre. She didn't need to reveal that.
@@msk7458 I totally agree with you that it's a natural process and that shouldn't bring embarrassment or shame to anyone. But I just believe that publicly revealing that you're menstruating unprompted, and in situation where it was totally not essential to the discussion is clumsy and outright wrong.
She did that to explain why she’s overly emotional -because hormones can rage like that when you’re on your period.
