Im a Pats fan, and after Damar went down I thought to myself "who do the bills play next week? I'd hate to be that team" and went to go look.. I knew they were gonna play their hearts out for that guy. Tough for us, but just happy Damar has made great strides in his recovery. Stay healthy y'all

A God who could create the universe could easily make himself known if that was His goal. So I would submit your premise is faulty. I don't know about "rise to the occasion", like the game plan included 2 run backs and two tipped balls. I think the question is, was it divine intervention or just random luck. Most atheists seem to understand the gravity of the situation and the blow back they would get if they brushed off the religious folks regarding the Damar situation, so they are staying quiet. Meanwhile, the religious folks are taking the opportunity to suggest there too many connected coincidences with low probability rates for this to be random luck.
