Get on dudes liking the air with ur rigs beautiful? I love my kraton to got x maxx 8s but kraton good for the ramps I'm going to press that bell lol 🎉🎉🎉
I have the option to go pick one of these up bnib down the street . Can’t believe I met a guy who does RC full time zipping around with my little hbx 16980sa in a church parking lot . Apparently , he bought the remainder of a hobby store that was closing . Has one of these though so I ll let you know how it goes so keep posting updates every week . All the shit that breaks and looks like there’s some good aftermarket stuff like knuckles to keep the bones in . Uncles they already fixed that issue from over extending
I highly suggesting getting one of these. I knew I was getting a good quality RC, but this kinda blew me and my family away when I unboxed it. Been bashing for a couple months, 30 foot jumps, tons of bad landings, and the only thing I’ve broken was one rear control arm, a $15 fix.
😂 I just wrote a short story to rc guy garage that was meant for this channel/video. Anyway, great video, and I am glad your friend wasn't decapitated. Short version - I was hit by a 12s kraton... OUCH🤕
Good vid dude I love my exb it’s an absolute beast just took it out for a run and took some crashes and nothing broke 💪. I agree I have no idea why anyone would buy a sledge in 2024 from what I’ve seen online. Unless you wanted to build a m2c jackhammr I do want to do that but I would get a slider on eBay.
@@StevenYDG69hmm I think both are great but for the bashing you do I think exb is your best bet parts availability but kagama from a fun factor is just like an outcast mixed with the Kraton lol I broke a few stuff on the kagama but I had asuga parts I used just a shock rod and dog bones bent but keep in mind all me being a dumb ass too Kraton though long run wins I think
@@TMIVRC I do try and avoid being here on days they work, although this particular site has never had signs up or anything saying I can’t be there so hoping that luck continues 🤘🏻🤘🏻
@@thepatternforms859 the 8s trucks are wild beasts but more expensive to run and higher maintenance so I only get them out every now and then for that reason. 6s way more well rounded
@@StevenYDG69 if I don’t plan on jumping more than 6-7 feet and mainly just do aggressive off-roading can the 1/5 outcast 8s hold up as well as a 6s? I really love the power fun of the 8s being able the jump little curbs, crawl up and back flip off large tree trunks, run faster over more varied terrains, etc but If they are weak and break too easy it’s not worth it…. I’m not one of those jumpers sending them off huge ramps…if they are not flying high then am I safe with the 1/5? In videos I see them running pretty hard, way harder than I would run mine and they seem ok…. I’m asking bc I know videos can be edited and don’t always show the true aftermath….
@@thepatternforms859 yeah they’ll hold up great for that. Although I’ll say the traxxas 8s trucks are a little more suited for that style of bashing. The 8s arrma is great for that too, just higher maintenance and I only prefer them cause I bash hardcore
