Yes totally but you can't hear it very well... the rest of the band is more louder than him.. he's good he needs to get his confidence point and smile sometimes at the parts of the songs that he likes. He needs to own it brother!
This was hilarious! Not in a bad way at all.....it's just hilarious that in 2018 a bunch of young bucks are like, "...Yeah, let's cover 'The Conjuring' it'll go over great." AND IT TOTALLY WENT OVER GREAT!!!! This has gotta be the most unexpectedly great thrash metal song ever...? Like, anyone who listens to it knows it's fun and has some cool grooves near the end. But somehow, when you hear it this many years later, it sort of messes with your head and you realize how great it actually was.
dont know if anyone cares but if you guys are bored like me atm you can watch pretty much all of the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. I've been streaming with my brother these days :)
Metal will always be alive!! It hits a certain frequency of people and it will continue to do it for as long as humanity is alive. And it makes me very happy just the thought of that
I just came here because David Ellefson posted this link. Holy freaking crap man I mean you may as well be watching the real megadeth do this it’s absolutely spot freaking on. Hats off to you guys seriously! Amazing.
Heh, I remember when I listened to this song for the first time with my walk man and wearing my jean jacket while going to a party. I had just bought the album on cassette. I'm 51 now and I turn on youtube and find this. Just awesome. I raise a glass to the new generation of head bangers!!! Figgin' rock on. \\m//
What a fucking incredible cover, seriously. I only wish this were engineered properly so we could hear everything better. Your tones are perfect, singer is spot-on, drummer keeps exact pace, and bass carries that chugging rhythm all throughout. Well done.
Just watched this again. My dudes, please know this puts smiles on the faces of us old fans. This music was the soundtrack to our youth. I'm still blown away you guys pulled it off so well!
As an old school metalhead who has loved this shit for over 30 years, i can't tell you how much joy it brings me to see you guys nailing this, and playing it like you damn well mean it. AWESOME job!
Fucking amazing, you guys nailed it! Black Friday is the only song more difficult than the Conjuring off that masterpiece of an album, and I have waited for a great live performance of that one since I was born.
Random youtube recommendation #181423 but wow. That was damn good. The solo at the intro of the song .. almost every note was spot on. Great effing work.
Well done!!! I'm a LOOOOOONGTIME Megadeth fan and that was great. Awesome to see youth influenced by true rock/metal musicians instead of the synth garbage that's out there now.
Watching these kids fuccin thrash out to this song like I did when I was 12 is fuccin amazing. Made my Tuesday morning this day 9/01/21. Holy shit there's hope for these kids. God bless Megadave. Oh, and America!!!
this is so fkn killer guys! My first band also covered a song by Megadeth back in 1988 I believe. It was a junior high talent contest and I was the singer and the oldest and went the the high school I had to skip my last two classes and run through the woods to get there on time. we did their version of Anarchy in the UK from So Far So Good So What album. and ended it with the ending of the song "One" by Tallica. never got my copy of that either would be cool to have seen it some 35+ years later. I was also on two tabs of blue unicorn. (lsd)
This is absolute fucking brilliance. I’m a huge Megadeth fan and this performance actually was the one that made me realise what s tremendous song it is. Tremendous. Thank you! Top work in the lunatic vampire cape!
If only the kid singing would've been playing the guitar . This guy's killed it. I played this song with my friends back in 87 when I was 16 in my friends garage ,and although we didn't sound this good it was a time when you had to learn without Utube. I'm 51 and I do anything to relieve those fukin awsome days with no cell phones and social media.
This came up as a recommendation and decided to give it a watch. Some thoughts... -This is the strangest looking venue and crowd I'd ever seen for a Megadeth cover video. Was the puppet show before or after? - Kevin from The Wonder Years did pretty darn good on vocals and the kid in the Dracula cape did a fantastic job on rhythm. Jokes aside, this cover was phenomenal. These kids played super tight and should be very proud. As bizarre as it was... bravo!
Zombie Prom, produced by School of Rock Seattle. Venue is Hale’s Palladium… Strange little wacky place perfect for this type of show. Thanks for your comments
That was fucking spectacular! The Conjuring has been my favourite song for decades, and i have never seen anyone cover it! I hope you guys are all doing well, and are still going hard at it. Be very proud of that performance fellas, as a metalhead, i sure am! 🤘🤘🤘
Wow killer performance dudes! That’s the proper way to play a fucking show, no standing around like statues, getting into it AND nailing the music. Well fuckin done
Just come across this video, and a great surprise. Been a fan of Megadeth since the mid 1980's as a teenager, still a fan now at 49. This was a fantastic cover of this song, amazing, well done to all, you pulled it off and it did sound great too. Peace sells is IMO the best album they have made, with So far so good next then Rust In Peace then Killing is my business. I do prefer the earlier Megadeth stuff. Back to this video, again well played fantastic.
