Iaorana Hannah!!! Just finished and completed my one hour total body pilates for today, Saturday 29th of June, and regenerated for a wonderful week-end with my family!!! Thanks for your motivated propositions and stay who you are so nice and simple!!! See you tomorrow for, I hope, a stretched pilates gestures video to finish in a good mood our week! Great to heat from you again! Check out the 28 Day Social Distancing challenge I’m doing. I divided each video into 1-3 20 minute parts, so you can only do 1 part a day if you don’t have enough time 💚 keep me posted!
